Melissa took House and Home Magazine, on a video tour of Chef Rodney Bowers family home. Her design of this home was documented on HGTV’s 13 part series Marriage Under Construction. House and Home captured the main floor, and master suite beautifully here.
The new Season of Income Property started airing a few weeks ago on HGTV, beginning with this, the season launch Episode. Melissa was the designer on this one, and created a modern, efficient space in both layout and materials.

This is by far one of my favorite episodes I’ve designed for Income Property. This is such a fabulous example of how far a coat of paint and new cabinets can take you. We kept the old floors, and simple did a cosmetic facelift. The cabinets are Ikea, and the counters look like marble but they are laminate!
